Logging in

Petpet Park is still in beta testing. This means that there are still bugs in the game, and the game is also not finished. Currently, Petpet Park is not able to support thousands of people playing the game at the same time without the game crashing. For this reason, there are a limited number of Beta testing spots.

In order for you to be able to login you need to be one of the beta testers. So far there have only ever been two days on which new beta testers were accepted. We do expect that there will be more beta test spots in the future.

So how can you tell if there are new spots open? At Petpetpark.com, you will see a banner at the bottom of the page. It looks like this:



On this banner, it says that Beta testing is full. Trying to login is then pointless as you will not be able to enter the park. If you try to login anyway, it will say that the game cannot validate the user.

If the page says that they are looking for new beta testers, then you can login and give it a try.

How to get in
If you want to enter Petpet Park when new Beta Test spots are available, you have to first click on the large Play button. Then you are given the choice between Log in and Sign up. The log in option allows you to login using your existing neopets account. Sign in is for people who do not already have a neopets account. At login you can log in using your neopets username and neopets password. Once you've successfully logged into Petpet Park, you are an official beta tester and can always log into Petpet Park (unless the game is down for maintenance of course).
